Safe As Milk is the blog I started on July 4th, 2003. I took the name from the Captian Beefheart album. It's a pretty good record.

In 2014, Adam and I started kicking around the idea of recording a podcast. After a few false starts and a handful of secret and Very Special episodes we settled on our Three Things I Like format and haven't looked back.
